Foremans Relocatable Building Systems Ltd was previously established and owned by Andrew Foreman, who sold to Portakabin in 2000 (Shepherd Group). Foremans Properties Ltd retain the land, refurbishment factories, offices and storage facilities covering considerable acreage. Foremans Properties Ltd also own the Catfoss Finance Ltd head office.
